Answer: At this time, public searches are not available -- but will be shortly. Please keep checking back for updates.

Question: Who should use the registration system on the portal?

Answer: Only attorneys and members of the public should use the registration system on the portal. Justice partner agencies should not use the registration system, rather, justice partner agencies should e-mail portal@fresno.courts.ca.gov and provide the user’s first name, last name, phone number, e-mail, and organization/agency name. The Court will then add the accounts for the justice partner agency.

Question: How do justice partner agencies register new user(s) on the portal?

Answer: Justice partner agencies should e-mail portal@fresno.courts.ca.gov and provide the user’s first name, last name, phone number, e-mail, and organization/agency name. Once the request is received, the Court will create the account(s) for the agencies. The agency should not self-register.

Question: How do justice partner agencies remove users who have separated from employment?

Answer: Justice partner agencies should e-mail portal@fresno.courts.ca.gov and provide the user’s first name, last name, phone number, e-mail, and organization/agency name and indicate the account should be deleted.

Question: If I am an attorney or a party on a case, how do I obtain remote access to my case records?

Answer: Attorneys and case parties may use the registration system on the portal -- the system is set to automatically authorize your registration. Once the registration is complete, you will need to request access to your case by contacting the clerk's office where the case is filed. The clerk's office will verify your identity, and upon verification, add your e-mail address to the case file. You will then receive an e-mail inviting you to view your case through the portal. Please note that this must be done on each case that you are requesting access to. You may contact the clerk's office via e-mail at:
